Terms of Service

1) Agreement & Parties
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ADLINK on adlink.ink (the “Service”). “You”, “Customer”, or “User” means the individual or entity using the Service. “We”, “us”, or “our” means Waffle Advertising LTD (ADLINK).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2) Eligibility & Accounts
- You must have the legal authority to manage the Google Ads accounts you connect.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You may revoke Google access at any time in your Google Account settings and inside ADLINK.
- The Service is not intended for children under 16.
3) Google OAuth, Ads API & Limited Use
The Service uses Google OAuth and the Google Ads API with the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords
solely to provide features you explicitly request (e.g., linking accounts, creating/updating campaigns, retrieving metrics).
- Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising outside the requested features.
- Human access to Google user data is disabled by default and permitted only for support/security/legal obligations, with least privilege and logging.
- You must comply with all applicable Google Ads policies and Google terms.
4) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- violate laws, third-party rights, or Google policies;
- upload or distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or bypass quotas/limits;
- misuse the API (e.g., scraping non-permitted data, sharing tokens, reselling access);
- submit illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
We may suspend or terminate access for suspected violations to protect users and infrastructure.
5) Customer Data & Ownership
- Customer Data means data you submit to the Service, including Google Ads metadata and metrics we process on your behalf.
- You retain all rights to your Customer Data. You grant us a limited license to process and store it to operate the Service and provide support.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data you provide.
6) Service Changes, Availability & Support
- We may modify or discontinue features with notice where practicable.
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
- Planned maintenance may cause temporary downtime.

7) Fees, Billing & Taxes
- Fees (if applicable) are described in your plan or order form. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes, excluding our income taxes.
- We do not store full payment card PANs on our servers.
8) Third-Party Services
- The Service relies on trusted providers, including Render (hosting & managed PostgreSQL) and Cloudflare (CDN/WAF/DDoS protection). See our Privacy Policy and Sub-processors page for details.
- We are not responsible for third-party terms or changes beyond our control.
- ADLINK is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
9) Security
- We implement technical and organizational measures: TLS, encryption at rest where available, RBAC/least privilege, MFA for admin access, logging, rate limiting, and encrypted backups.
- You must keep your credentials confidential and notify us of suspected compromise.
10) Term & Termination
- Either party may terminate for convenience by closing the account or for cause upon notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms.
- Upon termination we will revoke Google tokens and delete Customer Data per our Privacy Policy (subject to lawful retention obligations).
- Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) will survive termination.
11) Confidentiality
- Each party will protect the other’s confidential information using reasonable safeguards and use it only to perform these Terms.
- Exclusions include information that is public, independently developed, or obtained lawfully without confidentiality obligations.
12) Intellectual Property & Feedback
- We own the Service and all related IP. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
- Feedback is voluntary and may be used to improve the Service without obligation.
13) Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, even if advised of the possibility. Except for unpaid fees, misuse of the Service, or breach of confidentiality/IP, each party’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid (if any) for the 12 months preceding the claim.
15) Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your unlawful use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.
16) Export, Sanctions & Compliance
You represent that you are not subject to sanctions or on any restricted lists and will comply with export control and sanctions laws when using the Service.
17) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Courts of London, United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence may still apply where required by law.
18) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
19) Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Service.
- Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No Waiver: failure to enforce is not a waiver.
- Assignment: you may not assign without our consent; we may assign as part of reorganization or sale.
- Force Majeure: neither party is liable for delays due to causes beyond reasonable control.
